The Heat Transfer Laboratory is a means of learning process, scientific development, research and community empowerment, which is also expected to be able to act as a revenue generator and stimulate the collective performance of laboratory staff to improve sustainable quality based on self-evaluation, the principles of autonomy, accountability, and accreditation. Heat transfer laboratory as a means of realizing educational goals is expected to be able to develop teaching, research and community service (Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi).
