Program Studi Teknik Mesin Universitas Udayana will organize the 16th National Conference on Hospitality Engineering (KNEP) on July 16–17, 2026, at Inna Sindhu Beach Hotel. The conference will serve as a national scientific forum that brings together academics, researchers, industry practitioners, professional associations, and students to discuss the latest developments and innovations in hospitality engineering and tourism technology.

This conference is organized to strengthen collaboration between higher education institutions and the hospitality industry in addressing global challenges, particularly in the areas of energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, digital transformation, and the implementation of advanced technologies in hotel operations and facility management. Several strategic topics will be highlighted, including air conditioning and refrigeration systems, hotel energy management, building automation, facility maintenance, environmentally friendly technologies, and engineering innovations to support sustainable tourism industries.

As the organizer, Program Studi Teknik Mesin Universitas Udayana is committed to making this conference a productive platform for exchanging scientific knowledge, research findings, and practical experiences that contribute to the advancement of Indonesia’s hospitality sector.
