Thesis Information

Scientific writing in the form of a thesis, is a requirement in completing an undergraduate education at a tertiary level. The scientific papers were arranged with the aim to show the existence and ability of independent students' scientific thinking.

Thesis is as one of the requirements for Mechanical Engineering Study Program students to obtain a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (ST) in the Mechanical Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University, which is equated with 5 SKS. Besides that, the thesis is a scientific work that will be documented in a special reference group at the Study Program, Faculty and University level.

Terms of Thesis Proposal Proposal

The requirements in proposing a thesis proposal (research topic) and prospective supervisors are as follows:

1. Fill out the form-A f (example attachment 1)
2. The latest academic transcript/transcript has been initiated by the Academic Advisor with a minimum of 110 credits and has passed the KP, (attaching the KP passing certificate if the KP value is not on the transcript). Have passed the compulsory concentration course.
3. Photocopy of receipt for the last semester of tuition payments. 
4. Already programmed in KRS by showing a copy of KRS to the Thesis Proposal Coordinator.

Thesis Proposal Exam Requirements:

The requirements for the Thesis Proposal Exam are as follows:

1. Fill out the form-B , (example attachment 3).
   
2. Submit five copies of the thesis proposal which have been bound and approved by the two thesis supervisors.
3. Photocopy of receipt for the last semester of tuition payments.
4. Photocopy of the last TRANSCRIPT OF VALUE which has been initiated by the Academic Advisor and approved by the Study Program Coordinator.

Thesis Exam Requirements:

The requirements for the Thesis Examination are as follows:

1. Fill out the form-C form, (example attachment 8).
   
2. Submitting five copies of the thesis that have been bound and approved by the two thesis supervisors to the thesis coordinator.
3. Thesis Advisor assignment letter
4. The last transcript that has been legalized by the Academic Advisor with the number of credits that have passed 141 (with the number of MKs that have been determined: Compulsory, Compulsory Choice and Free Choice)
5. Photocopy of receipt for the last semester of tuition payments.
6. Photocopy of the last KRS.
7. The seminar card signed by the Seminar Moderator, has attended a minimum of 10 Thesis Proposal seminars
